1. Who we are. DR Investment Services LLP (AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor & SIF Distributor: ARN-250664) (APMI Registered PMS Distributor: APRN-05326) is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our distribution services. This policy is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. Data we collect. We collect identity and contact details, PAN, KYC information, bank details, FATCA/CRS declarations, risk profile responses and transaction information, provided by you or received from AMCs, RTAs, KRAs, CKYC and transaction platforms.

3. Why we collect it. Your data is used only to complete KYC, execute and service your investments in Mutual Funds, SIF, PMS and AIF products, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your investments.

4. Consent. We process your personal data on the basis of your consent given at onboarding or on this website. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, withdrawal does not affect processing already done and may limit the services we can provide.

5. Sharing of data. Your data is shared only with AMCs, RTAs, KRAs, CKYC registries, transaction platforms (NSE MF Invest Platform and MF Utilities), regulators and government authorities, and service providers bound by confidentiality, strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell personal data.

6. Data security. We use reasonable security safeguards, including restricted access, password protection and secure storage, to protect your personal data against breach, loss or misuse.

7. Data retention. KYC and transaction records are retained as required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and SEBI/AMFI requirements, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes stated. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights. Under the DPDP Act you may seek access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer required, and grievance redressal. Requests are addressed within 15 working days.

9. Children's data. We do not knowingly collect data of persons below 18 years except as guardian-operated minor folios, for which the guardian provides consent and KYC.

10. Cookies. This website may use basic cookies for functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, the website remains usable.
