2. Nature of services. This website provides information about the distribution services of DR Investment Services LLP for Mutual Funds, SIF, PMS and AIF products. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice or an offer to any person in any jurisdiction where such offer is unlawful.

3. Eligibility. Services are available to persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and to minors only through their guardians. KYC completion is mandatory before any investment.

4. Investor responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for reading scheme documents before investing, and for keeping your contact details updated with AMCs and RTAs.

5. Transactions. Transactions are executed through the NSE MF Invest Platform (For MF & SIF) and MF Utilities (MFU) and are subject to the rules of those platforms and the respective AMCs, including cut-off times and applicable NAV rules.

6. No guarantee of returns. Investments are subject to market risks. We do not assure, guarantee or indicate returns on any scheme or product, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Fees and commission. We do not charge investors any fee for MF transactions. Our trail commission from AMCs is disclosed on the Commission Disclosure page.

8. Intellectual property. Content, logo and design of this website belong to DR Investment Services LLP or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Third-party links. Links to AMC, regulator or platform websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.

10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DR Investment Services LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

11. Changes. We may modify these terms or any website content at any time, continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Valsad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
